    The engwe.eu service, in accordance with Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law dated July 16, 2004, uses cookies.

Cookies, referred to as “cookies,” are computer data, particularly text files, that are stored on the end user’s device of the Service and intended for use with the Service’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the end user’s device of the Service and accessing them is the Service Operator.

  3. The viewed resources are identified by URLs. In addition, the following may be recorded:
    a) the time the query arrived,
    b) the time the response was sent,
    c) the name of the client’s station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    d) information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    e) the URL of the web page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in the case when the transition to the Service occurred through a link,
    f) information about the User’s browser,
    g) information about the IP address.

  6. Data collected using the service are made available to external entities only within the limits defined by law.
  7. Data that enables the identification of a physical person (personal data) are shared only with the consent of that person.
  8. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent arising from the request.
