Product Return – Guaranteed 14 Days for Return
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.

To exercise this right, you must submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract within the above period.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal electronically through the return form or to the email address serwis@engwe.eu. We prefer returns made through the return form for easier and faster handling.

The product you are returning should be sent back without undue delay, no later than 14 days, to the address indicated by the administrator in response to your notification.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. An estimated cost of return can be determined based on our “Delivery Time and Costs” section, but remember that the store may have discounts with carriers, so the individual cost of return may be higher than the shipping cost to you.

Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does not provide the possibility of free use of the product. According to the regulations, if the returned product was used to an extent greater than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, the seller has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of reducing its value.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase – the price of the products, the lowest available shipping costs in the store, and other costs, excluding the aforementioned costs of return. The money will be refunded using the same method of payment that you used, unless you agree to a different form. This will be done immediately after we receive the returned purchase.

According to the law, the right to return does not apply, among others, when the subject of the sale is:

a non-prefabricated item, made to the consumer’s specifications,
an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life,
an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery,
items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery,
sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts,
digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.
Product Return for Business Clients
To accommodate you, we have introduced the possibility of returning goods within 1 year from the date of purchase. This ensures that you take no risks by engaging in business cooperation with us. If the quality of the product does not meet your expectations, your client does not pick up a larger order, or you simply decide to discontinue cooperation with us, the products can be returned to us at the address indicated by the Administrator in response to your notification.

After returning the goods, we will count them and issue a Corrective Invoice without undue delay, but no later than 10 working days from the date the goods are delivered to the warehouse, and send it to the email address provided upon registration. On your part, you will need to sign and stamp the document and send it back to us in paper form to the above address.

For such a return to be accepted at our warehouse, please fill out the form (faster and easier returns) or send us a notification containing the business client’s data, quantity, and type of returned goods, and information on why you are making the return electronically to the email address serwis@engwe.eu.

Returned products should be properly protected against damage in transit and the cost of shipping should be covered at your own expense. The condition for the positive consideration of the return is the impeccable condition of the returned goods, which means undamaged, unbroken packaging, no price tags, no inscriptions, and no signs of assembly or use of the product.

Products sold on special order, which the client will be informed about when placing the order, are not eligible for return.
