Engwe offers free shipping on qualified orders.
Remote areas and islands are not within the delivery range.
All orders will be shipped from the EU warehouse(Except some accessories) depending on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualifying orders.

Courier – in most EU countries shipping is free, in other European Union countries Finland, Sweden, etc. Depends on the amount you add to your shopping cart when you check out. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product purchased and are added at the final stage of placing an order. Before proceeding with the order (in the cart), you receive information about the total amount that needs to be paid for the order to be processed. Note – the final price depends on the weight and dimensions of the items in the order, it is automatically calculated on an ongoing basis in the cart.

The estimated shipping time is only an estimation for domestic shipping time based on our experiences, and does not include processing time.
● Processing Time: For “In Stock” products, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to prepare for the shipping after the order is place-d. The tracking information can take extra time to be updated after the tracking number is created.
● Delivery Time: The final delivery time can vary and depends on your local carrier and you should receive your order in about 3 -7 business days. Up to 3 working days in Poland, up to 7 working days in other EU countries. In exceptional cases of force majeure beyond our control, the waiting time may be extended to 14 days.

● When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send an email to the email address you left when placing the order, with your trackin-g information.
