Shipping policy for goods

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product purchased at engwe.eu and are added at the final stage of placing an order.

Before proceeding with the order (in the cart), you receive information about the total amount that needs to be paid for the order to be processed.

Shipments are standardly sent within 3 working days, but we strive to send the same day by courier if the order has been placed and paid for by 12:00 pm.

Estimated delivery time and shipping cost:

Courier – in Poland shipping is free, in other European Union countries 50 Euro.

Delivery time: up to 3 working days in Poland, up to 7 working days in other EU countries.

In exceptional cases of force majeure beyond our control, the waiting time may be extended to 14 days.

Note – the final price depends on the weight and dimensions of the items in the order, it is automatically calculated on an ongoing basis in the cart.
